A reliable company always responsive when needed. They installed my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater (in 1994) so regularly perform maintenance. I upgraded (myself) my thermostats to Nest units, and when one wasn’t working properly in cooling mode, they fixed it by adding an extra board to the zone, even though they didn’t supply Nest. They also replaced my water heater after it broke down; six months later, it failed again, and they replaced it free of charge—including the labor cost, which many companies don’t cover. Overall, very satisfied!

Our air conditioner blew its last on one of the hottest days of the year. Droegkamp came over right away to determine what needed to be done. Unfortunately we had to get a new system. Parts were ordered and they were back a few days later for the install. There were a few glitches but the guys worked hard reading manuals and making phone calls to figure out a solution. We have used them before and will use them again. Thank you Droegkamp! They have been in business since 1877 so they must be doing something right!
